Every individual’s needs are unique and we understand that.  Help at Home provides a complimentary consultation in your place of residence throughout Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, meeting with you and your family so that we can clearly understand the scope of your situation.  Based on this assessment our Client Case Manager will recommend a customized plan of available services, care and assistance for you or your loved one.  If skilled care is indicated, we will communicate with your physician to request orders for skilled nursing care or skilled therapies.
