
Joyce K. Berk, RN, BSN, MSN
Help at Home's Administrator
Joyce Berk, RN, BSN, MSN has over 30 years of experience in health care administration, with 26 years dedicated to clinical and financial oversight of various home health organizations, including Medicare, hospice and private operations. After beginning her home health career with private home health care in Sarasota, Joyce served as Vice President and the Chief Operations Officer for a multi-site, multi-state, Medicare and Private home health organization in regions of the US. She then became Vice President of Clinical Operations of one of the country's largest hospice operations located in the Tampa area. Prior to leading Help At Home's private initiative, Joyce initiated multi-site start-up home care operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and licensure, with a strong focus on customer service. Most recently, she held the position of Chief Compliance Officer with concentration on quality improvement of a large Florida based Medicare multi-site organization.
Joyce received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio State University and her Master's in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing from Case Western Reserve University's Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing. There, she a assumed a faculty and administrative role and later received Hospice Administrator Certification. Her educational background, years of broad-based home care leadership with emphasis on continual improvement and customer service qualifies her to lead Help At Home Homecare in becoming an exceptional provider of private home care services in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte Counties.
Joyce lives in Sarasota with her husband, has three grown daughters and seven grandchildren.

Aleda Kleckauskas, RN, BSN, MSN
Director of Client/Clinical Services
As Director of Client and Clinical Services, Aleda Kleckauskas focuses on our continuing mission of providing quality initiatives and care to each individual and family we serve. Aleda brings more than 35 years of nursing experience to Help at Home Homecare, including 25 in health care management in family health, home care and hospice. Prior to joining Help at Home, Aleda held several highly visible positions in Florida including regional manager for Alliance Care Home Health, client services director for SeniorBridge, administrator at Florida Hospital HospiceCare and director of community and physician relations at Tidewell Hospice and Palliative Care.
Aleda is a member of both state and national Home Health and Hospice Associations, including the Florida State Hospice Association Board and several local community boards. While CEO of the second-largest Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) in Massachusetts, Aleda also served on the National VNA Board. In Massachusetts she was elected local housing commissioner, whose board was responsible for overseeing low income family and elderly housing. Aleda received her RN from the Stamford Hospital School of Nursing in Connecticut, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston University and an MSN from the University of Massachusetts in Boston, with combined studies in the School of Nursing and the Business School. Aleda’s clinical focus was family health, including work in gerontology. Her recent certification in Case Management enhances her already impressive skills and valuable experience she brings to Help at Home.

Tyeann Dillon
Business Relations Liaison
As Business Relations Liaison, Tyeann Dillon is responsible for the development and growth of our professional relationships in the communities we serve. Tyeann brings a wide scope of skills and experience in community and business relations, marketing, and client services to Help at Home Homecare. With over 14 years experience in healthcare, Tyeann comes to us from Tidewell Hospice in Sarasota where she served as Liaison. Prior to her position with Tidewell, Tyeann has worked with several respected assisted living facilities, working in marketing, admissions, and community sales.
In addition to her duties at Help at Home, Tyeann serves as president of the Manasota Healthcare Network, financial coordinator for the Sarasota Christian Women’s Connection, and as a member of the Grief, Loss and End of Life Coalition. She is also a member of the Sarasota County Aging Network and served on the NeuroChallenge Foundation Cause 4 Fashion 2012 committee. In her spare time, Tyeann volunteers as a pet therapist with her dog Mason, a certified pet therapy animal and travels to the Midwest to visit her daughter and 3-year-old grandson.
